1. Upload your photo to photshop
2. Resize your image in resize image size to 72.
3. Make a copy of your backround by adding a layer.
4. Use your crop tool, magic extractor or lasso to remove the unwanted torists in the photo.
5. Save your image in the save as function.
6. Save your image in the save for web function and convert photo to a jpeg.
